How to get a job in Florida with an old-school recruiter

A Florida company has found a way to get young people to apply for jobs with an older recruiter, while keeping the older recruitor’s job.
The company, called JobLink, uses a software program called “JobLink Plus” to screen out applicants.
It does so by using facial recognition software, which is based on the human brain.
And it uses machine learning technology to help the company spot applicants with more natural language skills, which are easier to communicate.
JobLink is now a top recruiter in the state.
The job-seekers are paid $3,500 for each candidate they interview.
The recruiter then helps find the right candidates, who are then hired.
The Recruiters Association of America, a nonprofit that represents the job-search industry, said the program has already helped hundreds of companies recruit more than 1,000 jobs.
The association said the company is expanding to new states and states are considering similar efforts.
